Customised and rolled out a secure voice, video, and messaging app. App features were constrained as per the clients requirements with an on premise backend server to facilitate user management and registration.

Implemented a web-based cloud collaboration solution with secure remote access, and a full voice/video and messaging application with group functionality available directly within the browser. General office applications were also available within the browser negating the need for users to download any documents.

Liaised directly with stakeholders to formulate a complete requirements document which was used as the basis to hire an Indian development house. Facilitated necessary hardware for staging and production systems.
